Day 3: Are there any adaptations in the book that you were upset that it didn't make the movie

The letter Percy sends Ron in the Order of The Phoenix

I thought this letter was supposed to be a HUGE part of the book. Because it shows how ignorant Percy becomes after joining the ministry. Also he tells Ron to stay away from Harry, because he's a liar. 

A close second was the fact that Ron and Hermione were Prefects. 

A third would be Peeves.
